Joining our team in July 2021 at the young age of 18, Joseph had previously explored various roles in construction sites and offices without discovering a true passion to build a lasting career. Recognising his potential, we enrolled Joseph in the Rope Access Level One Course at Complete Site Safety in Liverpool. True to form, Joseph excelled and passed with flying colours.
From the outset, it was evident that we had made the right decision in bringing Joseph on board. Displaying a maturity well beyond his years, Joseph seamlessly adapted to the industry, consistently going above and beyond on-site responsibilities to ensure both client and company satisfaction.
Witnessing Joseph discover his passion has been truly gratifying for us. Over the past few years, he has shown remarkable growth, and we see him as a future Level Three in the making.
