Meet the Team: Emma Head Joins #thinkaccess as Business Development Manager

We’re thrilled to welcome Emma Head to #thinkaccess as our new Business Development Manager! With a track record that combines a hands-on sales approach and strategic business development expertise, Emma is excited to bring her talents to new heights—literally.

Emma’s journey into business development began in the car industry, where she cut her teeth as part of the sales team at Stoneacre Motor Group. Her experience there gave her a solid foundation in understanding customer needs, developing trust, and building long-term relationships—a skill set she carried over seamlessly when she transitioned into a business development role for a ground investigation company. There, she honed her ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex industries, and provide exceptional service.

Now, Emma is taking on a fresh challenge, moving from ground works to working at height. She’s ready to get her teeth into this role and eager to dive into the nuances of the access industry with #thinkaccess. Emma’s enthusiasm is infectious; she’s looking forward to learning the ins and outs of our field and making a lasting impact.

When asked about her new role, Emma shared, “I’m thrilled to be joining the #thinkaccess team. The opportunity to work in a new sector and learn a completely different side of the industry is really exciting for me. I’m ready to hit the ground running and can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.”

Emma’s adaptability, background in business development, and positive energy make her a perfect fit for the team. Welcome aboard, Emma—we’re excited to see all the fantastic things you’ll accomplish with us!

We asked Emma…

Tea or Coffee?
“Coffee all the way—make it milky with two sugars, please!”

If you could have an unlimited supply of anything, what would it be?
“An unlimited supply of money would be hard to turn down! Just imagine the possibilities—travel, treating friends and family, and maybe even giving back a little too.”

What should we buy you at the bar?
“I appreciate the offer, but I’ve got my own backyard bar ready to go! It’s stocked up, so how about we save the bar tab and bring the party to mine?”

Dogs or Cats?
“Definitely dogs! French Bulldogs are my favourite—they’ve got all the personality and charm anyone could ask for.”
